8. Once oven is preheated, take the tray out of the fridge & put it in the oven. 12 cookies takes 13-14 min.
9. Once done in the oven, let the cookies cool on the tray for at least 15 min to allow the middle to finish cooking.
10. Enjoy! These cookies hold up fantastically when dunking them in milk.
