thank you, currently i am trying to feel better... i felt awful over a very silly thing, so i am both sad and embarrassed. but i am trying to think positively rn.
nothing embarrassing over feeling bad, even if it's a "small" thing, small things can be very harrowing when we feel unwell, take some rest and think about good things and I hope it's ok soon
there is an up-side to this... i was on the verge of a breakdown, but i avoided it by calming myself down. no indulgence in suicidal ideation, no outbursts.
