I am fully capable of feeling both absolute disgust at Trump and Republicans for doing this, and Pro-Palestinian hypocrites for promoting it. Fuck’em both.

I tried to tell what few muslim voters I met while canvassing that the choice was tacit acceptance of one genocide while trying to stop it, or full throated support for two genocides with no real plan to stop them. I hope at least some of them listened.

True. But I have to say that a lot of the pro-Palestinian voices of the past year have felt more interested it accusing allies of willful blindness (at best) or genocidal intent than in trying to engage with reality.

I feel no schadenfreude, but I knew there WAS a difference.

It’s horror and frustration that we’ve been screaming that this is what would happen.

Some folks didn’t believe us. That’s fair. The things we were predicting sounded really unbelievable.

But the folks who did believe us and said “yeah, that’s what we want”.

I can’t…

I'm not sure anyone feels gleeful about tonight's developments; rather, they feel frustrated, knowing this was the inevitable outcome.
