Breaking down the description panel by panel would be the preferable way to do alt text. As this not only describes the environment that's in each panel but any references in its background, characters, objects etc along with fonts/text of what is said.

Since the mushroom is controlling parasects brain (blame the pokedex entry) is vap technically talking to the pokemon or the mushroom controlling parasect?
When Parasect said "my organs," this isn't the creature talking. It's the mushroom. Remember, the mushroom hijacked the Pokemon's brain, so the exchange is a lot darker.
