To be clear: The only countries that benefit from the Ukrainian ceasefire are Russia and the United States. Russia will use it as a re-enforcement opportunity with it's allies (Iran, North Korea); Trump will use it to claim an international relations "victory," however pyrrhic, for Ukraine.
