Today in FE: Fates...

I'm trying to recruit Shiro, but two things are making that task difficult.

1. Every enemy is on serious steroids and only my strongest units stand a chance.
2. Shiro keeps getting himself killed in ONE FREAKING TURN because he throws himself at those enemies. EVERY. TIME.
