FWIW it looks like they have the same policy, rebranded. On one hand, they're pandering to the new regime, and on the other, it's trying to salvage its image as an inclusive EOE corporation. Not defending Target, just saying it might be one way to resist.

I was a card member about 10 minutes ago. Had been for over 20 years. I called and canceled and made sure to tell the two reps I talked to Targets stand of civil rights and bending to a fascist’s wish is why I was canceling
