This one is for the #glycotime community: has anyone tried to cleave Lewis X/CD15 from the surface a live mammalian cells using a recombinant fucosidase? I found single paper from 2007 but curious if anyone else has a recent protocol to share 😬

We treat cells with FucosEXO fucosidase from Genovis, then analyze live cells by flow cytometry. We observe reduction in binding by LeX Ab. I can send you details if useful to you.
Great! I did not know about this company but the FucosEXO seems like it would work great for this. If I am having trouble getting it to work, I might reach out if you don’t mind 😬
