Agreed. I think they’re trying to set her up for new audiences in a way that makes her arc especially dramatic/meaningful. A Mando Jedi who isn’t necessarily force wielding would be a great add. But she is much more than that.

I do not love this “Sabine as novice” stuff in Ahsoka. I mean, trust in Filoni, but Sabine Wren is a ridiculously skilled being with exceptional aptitudes in combat, munitions, piloting, and art. She had the Darksaber and was recognized by Mandalorians as a possible Mandalore.
