This is a stupid question, but do people who don’t have *any* suicidal ideation even exist—especially nowadays? Like I’m definitely at the very low end of the spectrum, but where do you draw the line?

If you'll let me be vague about why I think I might have some insight here, you might be surprised at how rare suicidal ideation is. You might therefore conclude that your low end of the spectrum is higher than you'd like it to be.
Thanks! Luckily I’m in therapy, it happens infrequently, and I have good coping skills for when it does—which is the only reason I’m even giving it any consideration
