Definitely 1 and 2. Sentimental Value might sway some choices but the concept/function is merely the root of their conception in the first place. I can't use that to rank them

To OC owners, how do you determine your main and/or fave OC(s)?
Is it based on:
1) aesthetic / design
2) their story / personality
3) sentimental value
4) concept / function (eg brand mascot, rp, game avatar etc)
Or something else altogether?
