I think I'm gonna move all of my fan patterns to Ko-fi & make them free + pay what you want. Before Etsy got on my case about fan patterns (which I'm still so mad about when other shops get away with it), they were my bestsellers. So making them free feels weird when I sell my original designs. - ThreadSky

I've been debating between whether it's better to lose money on the labor I put into them, risk further copyright claims, or delete them entirely. But THIS is what got me into cross stitch, and I want to do that for other people, too.

Oh, for sure true, at least for these smaller bundles pictured. I have some ACNH villagers that will never make up that cost.

Maybe it's the wrong way to put it. It feels like I'm literally devaluing my work by saying it's $10 for these patterns one day and then saying they're free the next.

It's not as big as Etsy and it's harder for people to find you, but have you looked into PayHip at all as a digital marketplace? I've had no issues there with patterns that got taken down by Etsy
