Nagashima spa land, Parque espana, maybe tokyo dome city, yomiuriland, tobu zoo. Getting further away from where you already said you were going, kijima kogen, Nasu highland, then going way up to the top of japan rusutsu resort and Hokkaido Greenland. this is pretty much all of the major places

and if you really want to go somewhere off the beaten track go to kitami family land but if you try good luck

Can I ask why just one of the Disneys?

Both parks contain hugely unique rides not found anywhere else in the world. I think you’d severely miss out by just doing one and not the other.

More specifically money and time - I’ve only got a 2 week visit planned so I don’t think I’d be able to do both in that time with the limited amount of time I’d get at each park and the costs of it vs the value I get out of it

I would highly recommend prioritising doing both over any other park in Japan. With the exception of Universal.

The amount you’ll spend getting out to somewhere obscure will be more than the extra Disney day.

We did Fuji-Q, Nagashima Spa Land, both some very cool unique coasters there on the way between Universal and Disney! And DisneySea is an incredible experience!! Seriously wow

Not under the radar, but I LOVED Nagashima Spa Land. Suspect it’s awful on a rainy day, BUT it has excellent dead mall/80s bubble economy vibes 👌 Hanayashiki is also great if you want something retro to do for an hour or two in Tokyo. Didn’t give Yomiuriland enough time but it has a great mascot

Also, if you ever have any questions about some of the parks in Japan like Nagashima, Hanayashiki etc (e.g. tickets, transport, time needed), I might know some answers or can help find them with my useless partly-Japanese-language degree! 🫡
