He won’t go anywhere until the Supreme Court decides not to take the bonus case (assuming the Delaware Court has a spine). Though if Trump decides to cut him loose the bonus case may quickly become moot.

Honestly, having scoured the pleadings and rulings in that case, I see no basis for SCOTUS jurisdiction. It ends at the Delaware Supreme Court (unless remanded to the Court of Chancery).
