Made Norwegian Christmas Krumkake for the first time.

I filled mine with homemade whipped cream, flavored with almond extract. Then I sprinkled powdered sugar over them to mimic a wintery treat.

My father encourages my experiment, as he's the direct beneficiary of all my bakes. 😂
