Our home is not watching. Although a fellow resister on BlueSky suggested it is a good idea to turn all your TVs on to the shopping networks, or food network, or any non news channel. It fucks with the ratings more than a Black out.
Not sure if this is true, but I got my 3 TV's running just in case
