In fact, it is, because Grand Paris is mostly paid by people. The positive effect is limited. The 43 billions will be paid by the residents, who might also end up being displaced due to mechanical gentrification.

You’re concerned about 43 billion being paid by taxes. And you can’t predict that I’m going to ask about the annual budget — I wonder if you can guess — for the roads … and maybe if you think I should ask how much you care about that tax? Because it’s bigger. Or should I ask why you don’t care? 🤷♂️
I don't knowwhat you are caring, I care for taxes, for roads, hospitals, schools and trains, but THIS one was built for the sake of shareolders, not taxpayers, and I DON'T LIKE THAT
