Yeah we have a friend who is a store manager at one that was meant to stay open and they will now be closing too. Every store is now closing. They also stopped accepting gift cards and checks.
I read this article yesterday and I went back and read it again to see if I missed anything, and it never said (other than the headline) that they were closing all stores.
Yeah just last week management told them they would remain open and nothing would change. The upper management was clearly not being truthful w/stores about who the only buyer was. Unless another buyer had come in at last minute they were all getting closed. Sad situation.
