Dunno who wants to know this, but latest #nvidia drivers 572.16 made #vulkan glitch on 2d rendering. That means #godot is very much affected.
I found out that you can render your thing to a lower resolution and then stretch that texture to fit the viewport - that somehow fixes the glitches.
