It's bizarre 'the authorities' thought it easier to go to all the expense to .. assess, diagnose, section and imprison her .. rather than simply 'take a quick look in the attic'?

Similar thing happened a few years ago, when a women reported her male partner for DV. She ended up being taken to a psych ward & lost access to her kids - ATD v TBC [2020] QDC 236
