I only skim through a little bit of it, but it sounds fine to me. He's talking about a little bit more advanced stuff than you usually find on YouTube. His terminology is a little weird sometimes, but I think that might be a translation thing. I don't hear anything incorrect

I’m not doubting if Simon is incorrect btw as he seems to be someone who’s quite knowledgeable in nuclear physics so I definitely don’t doubt anything he says lol

Well I'm always skeptical of what everybody says lol But he is saying all of the things consistent with somebody who has studied at least undergraduate nuclear science if not graduate level. There are a few things I take exception to but I think they're just translation issues.

Well, if he has access to a good University lab, then probably. I've used some of that equipment, but University lab stuff is usually going to be like hundreds of thousands of dollars. I just can't afford that kind of stuff lol

I wouldn’t blame anyone for being so jealous like have you seen the HPGe gamma spectrometer that Simon uses, those peaks on that thing are absolutely pristine! I would love to work in a university that has equipment like what he uses lol

It must be advanced because I hear no such terms that Simon uses from any other person who does videos on similar topics like this. That’s exactly why I subscribed to that young fella lol 😂

I mean I've heard most of those terms before. But those are getting deeper into undergraduate nuclear science classes. You don't usually see a lot of that on YouTube unless you follow like the MIT stuff. I know most of it, but I probably could use a refresher lol
