Making comics is probably the most time intensive art form an individual can do, so why are they getting paid with thoughts and prayers?

I know you know why, I'm just saying part of it out loud.

Cos the industry and many people have devalued us to the point of nothing. We're disposable and replaceable. Don't like the pay? 100 others are waiting to take your place for peanuts.

Unless you're popular. I have no idea what that's like.
