Might want to check out @skylight.social for that functionality. It’s also based on the AT protocol like PinkSky but its main focus is a TikTok/Reels like interface specifically for video. It’s in beta on iOS and an Android beta version is coming soon.

I think you can kinda already do that with the vanilla bsky client, using video feeds, but @skylight.social is also something that's in the works
