Schumer is very responsible for the situation we're in. The Democrats in the House worked hard to produce a plan to oppose the Republican-controlled Senate's devastating budget. Schumer led a plan, rounding up 10 Dem Senators to cave to the Republicans. Fast forward and now we're up shit creek.
That's really not the point. He caved when two days before he said they were holding fast. His messaging sucks. He is not made for this crisis. First he says we're not yet in a constitutional crisis, then days later said we are. He has no plan.
