U.S. courts rely on local, state, and federal agencies to comply with and enforce court orders. Courts have no effective means to enforce their own orders against a POTUS who wil not respect the Constitution’s division of powers. We are NOW in a Constitutional crisis.

The courts have no tools. Yes, they can charge contempt against the administration, but enforcement is done by DOJ, which is controlled by the same executive that would be charged. Plus, the Supreme Court gave the president full immunity. USA is running full steam into the end of democracy.

holding in contempt, civil charges, criminal charges... all of these things require an executive to enforce it. it's such a basic constitutional crisis (flaw) that it's almost like we fought a civil war over a similar constitutional crisis in the past.
