Ugh. I am so so sorry. They’ve done a fairly good job before but we would never have used them this time if we knew! I wouldn’t feel right putting up merch on a different platform now when people haven’t even received the last merch yet :((

It looks like their ownership changed hands, so the customer service arm of things has gone downhill for customers and (from what I’ve read online) creators too.
Will keep the faith that stuff will come - some Canadian #UglyDogs have gotten their stuff - looks great!
