Bcuz looking after the well-being of a CONTINENT who cant look after themselves, when our border has been invaded for 4 yrs and roughly 1/2 of our elected officials (democrats) r ripping off the American ppl using this slush fund is going to STOP. Betcha over 1/2 that $ didn't even make it to SA.
