HOLY MOLEY. Just read the script to ASM #11/LGY #975 from Joe Kelly, pumping my fist, cackling and it's just so good and will only get better when @pepelarraz.bsky.social starts drawing it!

If it's anything like "Dark Web", "Dead Language", "Gang War", as well as Spidey and Tombstone's "most brutal fight in Spider-Man comics", no thank you. You and Wells dragged ASM through the mud, along with it'a characters. No wonder USM beats your ASM in sales ...
And Joe's attempt of a joke in ASM #20, as well as the current arc ("8 Deaths ...) is not giving me any confidence that this run will be that much better.
The last time you said something similar, it was about Dead Language or the Annual where MJ and Paul shared a bed... So I don't expect anything good sadly
As a longtime follower of Marvel social media, THANK YOU for specifying what I should look forward to. There are far too many posts about "big things" and "surprises" that we never get to appreciate because we don't know where they are.
I think most legit criticisms of modern ASM have little to do with MJ (I’m aware of my current pfp). But I’ve also spoken with many readers - particularly women - frustrated with how she’s been handled.
Even though I don’t follow the current comics, I’d welcome a mature conversation, too.
It just ain’t going to start with a guy whose screen name is Lick Nowe… nor should it.
I truly believe in comics as a medium at the forefront of inclusivity and tackling social issues head-on. Would love to hear your thoughts, perhaps under more structured circumstances.
And thanks again for “New Warriors”. Just bagged up a few classic issues this weekend.
Well he’s older then Spidey too, he’s a fucking oldhead. But using age as a insult in the big 25 is… something a 14 year old who cosplays as a grown up in social media would do.
Is there? Far fewer do than don’t. Especially on social media.
Plus, I’m not speaking for an industry, I’m speaking for myself and obviously I don’t use a pseudonym.
Probably because I’m not clever enough to come up with something like Lick Nowe.
Stan Lee was older than YOU and he was the one who pushed for the Peter and MJ Marriage, he pushed for her to be the only girlfriend for peter in the Spider-Man The Animated series in the 90s...
I don't think using "MJ-colored glasses" was the come back You thought it was.
Lol. Aren't YOU antagonizing ME? LIFE LESSON: Usually when people tease each other (which you were doing with that question) it's fair for it to be a two way street.
Who do you think started this? That's what happens when you break one of the most famous and favorite comicbook couples ever, *again*, but this time in the most absurd way possible. There's a reaction to every action - you cannot just *do that* and expect everyone to be fine with.
Nick Lowe in the next issue please give us a panel on Ⓓ🅾ⓜⓔstic 🆅🄸🅾🅻🅴ⓝ🅲🄴 👊💥🥊⚔️ PaulxM.J. We Paul fans are eager for real drama and pinnacle writing as only you know how to do.
I'm excited! Killer creative team, looking forward to seeing Joe Kelly deliver some hilarious/heartbreaking scripts while @pepelarraz.bsky.social and @johnromita.bsky.social deliver their magic.

Nor do I hide behind a childish parody name.

I’d at least entertain a mature discussion.
