The reality is we need new hospitals
We of course need more scanners and equipment
However the thing we need the most is additional staff.
Instead we are continually losing them to burnout. People will quit the NHS because the work life balance is poor.

What about the 50bn for track and trace?
Money wasted on HS2 so as not to piss off Tory landowners
They need to sort out the pay, encourage staff, pay for nurse training and talk up the NHS, not rubbish it so they can privatise
There aren’t efficiency gains to be found through general reorganisation, somehow further squeezing staff, ‘AI’ or ‘streamlining processes’.
Her body couldn't take the constant UTIs from not being able to take toilet breaks due to being short staffed
