Webb's an extremely poor excuse for a journalist like most of the BBC's 'home' reporters.
If you're looking for the integrity of journalism at the BBC it's mostly found in it's international reporting, and in most cases in women, Lise Doucet and Lindsay Hilsum being two outstanding examples.

Encouraged by the same bought and paid for Press and vested interests (e.g. Daily Mail), there was a great deal of support for Fascism which was almost fashionable right up to the late 30's and Mosely was seen as the kind of Leader that would ensure Great Britains place in Europe's Fascist Future!

In WW2, the BBC faced criticism for not doing enough to counter Lord Haw-Haw's propaganda broadcasts, with concerns 'innocent' listeners might be swayed by his rhetoric. Today's 'hard-of-thinking' hang on Farage's every word whilst BBC go out of their way to promote him. BBC, not fit for purpose !
