Given that the closure of the IHT loophole for land speculators appears to make the purchase of land less attractive to them I think it will create a situation where the price of land coming available for sale may now become within the reach of regular farmers much easier

If people who live in towns and who have never met any of the people who are kicking off now just remember that these people are basically the C21 reboot of the Sheriff of Nottingham they will feel less uneasy about taxing them.

Seems to be lots of different opinions on this.

Will Hutton for it. So is Guy Singh-Watson.

On the other hand Robert MacFarlane seems to be against as are the green party.

I think I'm for it it but think a wealth tax would have been a lot easier for people to get behind.
