That depends on the energy of the far-right movement. Germany needs to reduce illegal immigration. And to switch to nuclear energy. Backlash to immigration and backlash to environmentalism are the main sources of energy of the far-right movement.

Get a grip of the recession and all will be fine.
Start attracting high profile immigrants, improve working conditions and possibilities for young entrepreneurs, start-ups, scientists.
No need at all to bring nuclear back at all anymore (check numbers).
