Enjoyed discussion, if nothing else recognizing it's a team sport and the entire organization is a factor in its successes or failures. Beanes successes are more public, McDermotts failures are more public. It changes perception.
We could extend this conversation to Brady and Allen. Why aren't they using the tools given to them? By his own admission Josh wasn't good enough for Kincaid this year - Joe Marino had great metrics to back that up.
