I would *love* for us to have RCV, but it seems like it will be an uphill climb. Neither party are keen on the notion, as it'd go against their own self-interests.

Agreed. We need to educate the average American about the benefits of RCV and then support candidates who also support RCV.
We have to literally start at the bottom because we can't expect to see the people at the top change.
