It’s okay because presidents are allowed to pardon people. For instance, Trump not only pardoned Kuschner’s father, he’s now giving him the position of ambassador to France.

I am 100% OK with Biden’s pardon of Hunter. The GOP investigation of Hunter was a politically motivated hit job aimed at dirtying his father. Way past time to move on.
If Biden pardons someone--like, say, Hunter or Jack Smith--they can no longer invoke the Fifth Amendment's right against self-incrimination to avoid testifying before Congress or grand juries.
If those pardoned refuse to testify, they can face new charges for criminal contempt.
100% support this and President Joe Biden should grant Hunter a blanket pardon for all and any future charges brought by the CORRUPT Trump Administration. The climate has changed in America, the rule of law doesn’t matter and we are in for 4 years of a dark, gloomy winter hellscape

I don’t agree. I’m not an attorney so don’t understand all the legal prosecutorial machinations that occurred but…he and his attorneys plea bargained the case. Doesn’t that imply that some of the charges are legit? If so, as a responsible citizen, I think he deserves some legal consequences?
