A tough week digging out fifty dead vines, of which twenty-one were the Parellada we planted in 2019, just before the drought hit (they never stood a chance!). Rebuilding the #vineyard with only a pick and a shovel is no mean feat with a trellis in the way. I’ll certainly be glad when it’s done…
