Gin, of course! Bombay Sapphire. I am a cocktail traditionalist, and while I have been known to have a vodka/vermouth concoction from time to time, I would not call it a "martini." :)
Correct answer! 😂 I like to use Hendricks, but Bombay Sapphire is good as well (my dad’s choice), my youngest introduced me to Bombay Sapphire East, which is very good as well.
Hendriks is another favorite of mine as well. I have tried the Sapphire East. Interesting, iirc, but for me it's better suited to mixing. I like classic London dry gins for martinis for the most part and experiment a bit in G&Ts.
