yeah, like @christhompson23.bsky.social noted, those who have the resources to play hockey skew that way… but imo, you still lose points in my eye for being ignorant out loud
It sort of amazes me that we see NHL players doing so many amazing things with e.g. sick kids hospitals but can never connect the dots that the political ideology they support believes the parents of those kids should face bankruptcy for their treatment.
Interesting. I did not know this about him. Well aside from the bad at hockey part. Unfortunately, a really high % of North American (at minimum) NHL guys are Trumpers. Entitled white boy millionaires with little education are sort of his target demo.
