Short of it is, their different kinds of decks. the Yshtola deck is for the Commander format, which require a 100 card deck, and as such is much more likely to have higher value cards than pair of starter decks that are, most likely, built to teach you the fundamentals of the game.
Ah I understand, thanks. Any chance on a FF14 themed starter deck in the future? I've started casually collecting cards in the past year and thought this would be cool to have, but $70 is pretty steep for my purposes.
For FF fans who want to try Magic for the first time due to the crossover, this is a good first pickup. The cards won't be great but it's (relatively) inexpensive and the decks are pre-arranged with instructions to walk you through the first few turns, so you can learn the rules by doing.
