One big thing I taught myself to do that's pretty helpful is drawing limbs on separate layers. The same goes for eyes, hair, horns, etc. I can then move each part without having to redraw it 100 times to get the right pose. That and draw loosely first, and then sculpt out the body/shapes after

-I'm sure MOST (not all) of the things you find "clever and original" referenced something prior. They just seem original because you don't get the reference.

So if you reference stuff, someone will think the same way.

-Close discord (or deafen), and close your browser if they distract you. Draw.
