Well, if she refuses to be released because she sees that what she did was wrong, the punishment has changed her thinking. It's called rehabilitation and admission of guilt. So a court can release her as rehabilitated. She doesn't depend on the criminal, who should stay in jail.
Oh, no I definitely agree. She took a risky move speaking out like that and going against the MAGA's "god king" like that. I definitely hope she remains safe, and fully realizes the monster she supported.
Last year I listened to a podcast (sorry can’t remember the name) where she was the guest. She told her truth. Her journey from the cult of MAGA to her freedom was remarkable.
Always a woman who stands firm, regardless of whether her actions are deemed right or wrong, and whether she aligns with certain beliefs or not. She demonstrates bravery and strength by remaining loyal to her convictions.

You’re right. She learned her lesson.
Lead the way for others to see truth.
Because all she's going to get from maga is rape and death threats.
But, I do agree.
It takes a big person to publicly admit that they were wrong. Those that do deserve support, not exile.
Way to defy trump!
Blessings!
