Is Starlink reliable? TLDR: Easy to setup, provides decent speeds in most cases, and reaches remote areas but is expensive compared to other broadband services and is vulnerable to physical obstructions and weather conditions.

The question is: Is starlink more robust than fiber and other means of delivering internet services.
I would say no. Just a few Russian or Chinese rockets could easily disable the Starlink satellites.
Why do you think Musk is so buddy-buddy with Putin and Xi?
It really depends on where one lives. We live in a remote Mexican and we're one of the first users in our region. It's really the only option we have and we are very satisfied. We pay about $55 per month.
Not cost effective. Watching You-tubes of remote campers//it proves to be more trouble than its worth. A tree branch can block it, a snow storm stop it.
