Eventually you'll get Space Jump and Screw Attack and can just jump at all your problems to vaporize them. Unfortunately they're behind a super missile gate and the super missiles are behind the Speed Boost blocks and that's behind a small floor gap and I'm stumped because there is no crawl on here
