Grew up in '80s on CBC, in Southeast Alaska. Stayed up just waiting to transition to CBC Radio, as after hours played music by Canadian artists.

Learned to love Neil Young. Heart of Gold was favorite. Pierre Trudeau was Prim Minister.

As an American, I would say Trump being on the border counts as a crisis for Canada. So, yes, Carney IS a crisis manager.
