Can't tell what is going on, but the hydro towers are in full force and the grassy/meadowy area that used to surround one of them is a pile of giant rocks (like, what you might use to slow run off, BIG rocks). And there seems to be a new entrance to a street east of the one that already exists?

In any event. Exercise caution. There's a part where the MUP is destroyed on one side so it's down to 1.5m and covered in gravel.
Most of it is packed alright, but there are loose areas...

Hopefully it is burying the lines although they clearcut the areas all around them only 2 years back. Whatever they're doing has caused a lot of destruction
