Limonene is my first these days, ThcA is usually second unless I see a strain I want then all bets are off.

It's just an empty cone that you pack up. And if ya know how to pack those up they smoke great! Have you ever looked into Rick Simpsons Oil (RSO) for tremors? I know I've heard of Parkinson's patients using it. My stepfather was prescribed it but is reluctant to take anything cannabis derived.

I can't speak to much scientifically about this but yes, strains with higher limonene levels reduce my tremors, there may be something else going on than just limonene but yeah, it helps
