God this looks so good! I'd love to see a liitle bit of how this setup works. The mesh for the foreskin is so seamless with the shaft when pulled back.
No drivers! A lot of bones though for the foreskin rig. The animation uses action constraint (and the character rig controls the foreskin action that way).
No sim, it's keyframed animation! The foreskin uses action constraints though so the peel can be animated by moving one bone, the rest is just trying to add appeal through squash/stretch and stuff.
