Daily Dragon Ball, episode 99. Shen is making Chiaotzu telepathically paralyze Goku durring the fight. Tien eventually catches on and confronts Shen who then attempts to kill Chiatzu, so Roshi blasts him into space before he can do that. Bye bye you big jerk!
