There is no ill will. Just had to sit with some discomfort. Was not close enough to where I could say or ask about it, though it did not feel completely inconsequential to have left.

i know how that feels. i've left communities that felt unhappy and antagonistic, and distanced myself from them when the environment changed where i no longer fit. it's for the best, but it can still hurt.
