Francis compared trans people to nuclear weapons, said "gender ideology" was "the ugliest danger of our age," and, not coincidentally, dealt with rape accusations against Catholic priests by calling feminism "machismo in a skirt." I know whoever's coming next will be worse, but this is dishonest.
